In the wake of Roxy Music, The Smiths and David Bowie, elegant frontman Brett Anderson formed the band Suede in the 1990s. With songs such as ‘Beautiful Ones’, ‘Trash’, ‘Animal Nitrate’ and ‘So Young’, Anderson became a voice of his generation, poetically singing about youth and nightlife. The Brits pressed the pause button in 2003, only to reunite in 2010 and release their best music since the early years. With 'Autofiction', the band released a post-punk record, with a raw and more challenging sound that at the same time remains unmistakably Suede.
