Frontstage (standing, right by the stage)
Frontstage = the ultimate Live is Live experience. Stand at the very front, feel the band’s energy from the first rows, and immerse yourself in the show as if you were part of it. With a Frontstage ticket, you’re guaranteed access to the exclusive zone right in front of the stage during the headliner.

General Admission (standing)
Our General Admission ticket offers the full festival experience with access to all main areas and food spots.

Visitors with reduced mobility
This ticket gives access to the seats on the viewing platform, exclusively for wheelchair users, persons with disabilities and their accompanying person. Companions must also purchase a separate ticket for the viewing platform.

TICKETS & ENTRY

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are sent digitally by email or made available in the app of our ticketing partner See Tickets. Printing is not necessary. To prevent fraud, tickets will only become visible in the app about two weeks before the event. As soon as your tickets are ready, you will automatically receive an email from the ticketing partner.

Can I resell my ticket?
Yes, but only via the official resale platform of our ticketing partner See Tickets.
Tickets that are offered or purchased elsewhere will result in the cancellation of the entire original booking, without any refund. -
Can I still buy tickets on the day itself?
Only if that concert day is not sold out. You can buy tickets online right up until the concert, or on site at the entrance as long as stocks last.

May I leave the festival site and come back in again?
No. Once you leave, you cannot re-enter. The event site has everything you need: food and drink stands, toilets, lockers and much more. Please keep in mind that it is not possible to leave the site temporarily and come back in later with the same ticket.

How can I get through the entrance smoothly?
With your smartphone

- Turn your screen brightness up
- Have your ID card ready
- Show the barcode of your ticket on your smartphone

Accepted forms of photo ID are: a valid driving licence (including provisional), a valid or recently expired passport (as long as the photo is a good likeness of the holder).

Is there a separate entrance for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. There is a separate entry lane at the entrance. Staff are on hand to help where needed.
People with reduced mobility must buy special tickets to use the wheelchair platform. Both the visitor with reduced mobility and the companion need a valid ticket to use the platform.
