Fleddy Melculy was formed in 2016 around singer Jeroen Camerlynck and quickly grew into one of Belgium’s most striking metal acts. What started as a tongue-in-cheek project soon evolved into a full-fledged band with a unique mix of humor, socially critical lyrics and heavy metal and hardcore influences. Their debut Helgië (2016) immediately reached number two in the Ultratop, followed by successful albums such as De kerk van Melculy (2018) and Antichlist (2023). In 2026, the remastered reissue Helgië Redux will be released in celebration of their ten-year anniversary, putting their roots back in the spotlight.
