Suzan Stortelder and Freek Rikkerink together form one of the most popular Dutch-language duos of recent years. They started out by posting covers on social media, but achieved national breakthrough success with their own song Als het avond is (2018), which became one of the biggest Dutch hits of that year. They went on to build an impressive track record with albums such as Gedeeld door ons (2019) and Dromen in kleur (2021), and hits like Blauwe dag, De overkant (with Snelle) and Weg van jou. Their music is characterized by melodic, personal songs with relatable themes, earning them several 3FM Awards and Edison nominations. With recently announced, sold-out shows at the GelreDome, they have reached a new milestone in their career.
