How to get there

Do you want to be transported comfortably to and from Live is Live? Then you can book a spot on the event shuttle.

There are 14 pick-up locations. You will be dropped off at the entrance of Live is Live and afterwards you will be driven back to your departure point. Bus tickets are available from 27 euros (depending on your departure location).

Important! Make sure you arrive at your pick-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The event shuttles arrive at Live is live at 12.30pm and depart back at 01.00am at Willem Gijsselsstraat.

Live is Live is easily accessible on foot from the centre of Antwerp or from Linkeroever. The entrance to the festival site is on Blancefloerlaan.

From the centre of Antwerp there are several ways to Linkeroever:

• • Via the Sint-Anna pedestrian tunnel
• • By ferry (Steenplein - Sint-Anna) (Timetable here)
• • By Waterbus (Steenplein - Sint-Anna) (Timetable here)

Cycling is the fastest way to reach Live is Live. The free bicycle shed is located near the entrance, 200m from the festival site (on Blancefloerlaan near August van Cauwelaertlaan).

Navigate carefree to the bicycle shed.

There are several ways to Linkeroever get across de Schelde:

• Via the Sint-Anna pedestrian tunnel (voetgangerstunnel)
• Via Kennedy bicycle tunnel
• By ferry Sint-Anna (timetable here)
• By Waterbus (timetable here)
• By ferry Hoboken – Kruibeke (timetable here)

There is a Velo stand close to the tram stop ‘Sporthal’, there you can drop off your Velo or take one to cycle back. Please note: limited availability of Velo bikes!

Coming by train? Travel to Antwerp-Central or Antwerp-Berchem and take the tram! The tram or bus will take you to the stop 'Regatta', just before the entrance of Live is Live.

Consult the SNCB route planner and plan your train journey to Antwerp-Central in advance. From Antwerp-Central, take tram 3, 5, 9 or 15 towards Linkeroever/Melsele. From Antwerp-Berchem, you can take the direct tram line 9. There are several bus lines running towards Linkeroever and the Live is Live festival site. Check De Lijn for your route.

The tram and bus stop closest to the festival site is the stop ‘Regatta’. There will be extra trams after the festival. De tram lines 3, 5, 9 and 15 will run until approximately 1.20am. Consult De Lijn's route planner.

We do not recommend coming to Live is Live by car. Rather use public transport, cycle or come on foot if possible. Coming by car anyway? Reservable parking spaces (first come first serve) can be found in one of the four Park & Rides around Antwerp. Avoid the Kennedytunnel, where there will be road works in the evening from 21:00. Guidance and/or rerouting will be provided.

From these car parks, you can reach the festival site on foot or by tram (get off at the Antwerp Regatta stop). Consult the route planner of De Lijn for this.

After the festival, Live is Live will use extra trams to transport visitors back to the car parks (not to Parking Post-X on Sundays).

A guaranteed parking spot is available in our paid car park, which can be reserved via our website as soon as possible.

P3 (Katwilgweg)

• Pay car park: €16.50 per car per day The car park must be cleared every night. Do you have a combi ticket or are you coming by car on both Saturday and Sunday? Then you need 2 parking tickets, one for Saturday and one for Sunday.

Are you disabled and coming by car? Then you can reserve a parking space. Send an e-mail to info@liveislive.be with your name and number plate and we will provide a spot in the nearest car park. You do need to have a ticket for Live is Live 2023.

Visitors can use the kiss and ride zone at Blancefloerlaan (opposite Mediahuis, driving direction Zwijndrecht). Follow the arrows to the Kiss & Ride or navigate here:

A number of parking spaces are available near the festival site for persons with reduced mobility. As there are only a limited number of parking spaces available, we would like to give priority to people with reduced mobility. Maxium 1 person with a disability + 1 accompanying person per order.

Do you want a parking space as a person with reduced mobility? Send an email to info@liveislive.be and we will provide a spot in a nearby car park. These spaces are limited and will be reserved for less mobile people. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee a space and you do need a ticket for Live is Live 2023.
