1 – HOW TO GET THERE?

2 – CUP SYSTEM

At the entrance to Live is Live, you will be given a Cup Token. When order a drink at the bar for the first time, you can exchange your token for a cup, bottle or can. Thirsty again? Then order another drink from the bar and exchange your empty cup, bottle or can for a new one.  

How does it work? 

1. You get a Cup Token at the entrance 

1. Pay for your drink at the bar and exchange your Cup Token for a cup, bottle or can 

1. Enjoy your drink! 

1. Take the empty cup, bottle or can back to the bar in exchange for a new one  

Don't feel like holding your cup, bottle or can? Then you can exchange it again for a Cup Token at the bar. At the end of the day, hand in your last cup, bottle or can at the bar or at the exit.  

Don't have a Cup Token and no more cup, bottle or can? Then you can pay for a new cup, bottle or can at the bar, which will cost you 3 euros and is non-refundable. 

3 – PAYMENT METHOD AT LIVE /S LIVE

Live Is Live will be completely cashless. This means that you can use your bank card everywhere, including the bars and food stalls. No more queuing up for coupons or tokens! Pay with a bank or credit card, or with your payment app.

4 – NOM NOM NOM

Great quality food is a must for Live is Live concerts, but we didn’t stop there. We’ll join forces with our Dutch friends at Best Kept Secret, a festival well known for its memorable and high-quality food available to its guest. The Best Kept Secret team will curate our food lineup during the live concerts focusing on a variety of local dishes and bites by well-known restaurants.
