HOW DO I GET TO LIVE IS LIVE?

    Live is Live takes place at Middenvijver - Linkeroever in Antwerp.

    OUR TIPS

    We look forward to welcoming you on 27, 28 or 29 June at Middenvijver Park in Antwerp! Prepare your visit in advance and think about the best way to get to the festival.

    1. Leave well in time for the concert.
    2. Choose the best way to reach Middenvijver Park. This is not always by car.
    3. Book your bus, train or parking in advance to be sure of a spot.

  • BY FOOT

    For pedestrians coming from Antwerp city centre to Live is Live; you can cross the Scheldt via:

    - Sint-Anna Tunnel
    - Sint-Anna Ferry Service
    - Waterbus

    To return home after the concert, you can do so via the Sint-Anna Tunnel or the Sint-Anna Ferry Service.

  • BIKE / (shared) Scooter

    The bike is your guarantee for a smooth trip to Live is Live. It is also the best way to cross the Scheldt. Right near the entrance, you can leave your bike FREE OF CHARGE in one of the two supervised bike parkings! No reservation or ticket required.

    If you are coming from Melsele / Waasland, choose the Regatta bike parking (address: https://bit.ly/Fietsenparking_Regatta_LIL26)
    If you are coming from Antwerp city centre, the Van Eeden bike parking is the most convenient (address: https://bit.ly/Fietsenparking_VanEeden_LIL26)

    Are you coming from the Antwerp city centre and do you need to cross the Scheldt? You can do so (only) via the Waasland Tunnel!

    Please note: during the Waasland Tunnel's opening hours for cyclists, bikes are not permitted in the Sint-Anna Tunnel or on the ferry service.

    Going to Live is Live by (shared) scooter? You can do so via the Kennedy Bicycle Tunnel and the Sint-Anna ferry service. 

    Tip: Do you live too far away to cycle to the Live is Live site? Bring your bike by car or rent a bike and park at a Park+Bike festival parking. Check ‘Park + Bike’ for more information and the reservation link.

  • PARK & BIKE

    Do you live too far away to cycle (directly) to the Live is Live site? Then take your bike with you in the car or rent a bike and park at a Park+Bike car park.

    Cost: €16 for your (rented) bike, parking for your car is included for free. Bringing your own bike? Then you pay €20 for your parking space.

  • EVENT SHUTTLE / PRIVATE BUS

    Looking for a convenient way to get to your favourite artist? Take the event-shuttle! The event-shuttle is the official bus-partner to the festival site, with no less than 82 (!) pick-up points. So the bus picks you up close to home and drops you off again at a reserved car park near the concert, all buses remain in the same place during the festival. Arrival at Linkeroever is scheduled between 11:30 & 12:30, the return trip - included in the price - departs 1 hour after the festival.

  • LIVE IS LIVE SHUTTLE

    Enjoy our free shuttle service! Are you coming from Antwerp? Then board at “Opera” or "Antwerpen Bres”. 
    Are you coming from Melsele / Waasland? Then choose the boarding point at P&R Melsele. 
    This service is free, no reservation needed! Our shuttle buses run between 11:00 and 01:30.

    Regatta – Melsele Shuttle Service
    2 stops: Regatta / P&R Melsele

    Van Eeden – Opera Shuttle Service
    3 stops: Van Eeden / Antwerpen Bres / Opera

    Tip: You can recognize our shuttle bus by the ‘Live is Live’ signage, and it stops at the regular De Lijn bus stops.

  • TRAM

    Due to maintenance works in the Brabo tunnel, no tram traffic will be possible near Middenvijver Park during Live is Live. Sufficient alternatives will be provided.

    Are you using regular public transport? Plan your journey via De Lijn, or check SlimNaarAntwerpen.be for your best route.

  • TRAIN

    BelgianTrain is running extra trains to Linkeroever station and special night trains from Antwerp Central and Sint-Niklaas.

    Take the (night) train

    • After Live is Live, Belgiantrain is running special night trains from Antwerp Central and Sint-Niklaas. Purchase your night train ticket one month in advance via Belgiantrain.be to reserve your seat.
    • This also includes the return journey from a station of your choice (to Linkeroever station).
    • After your concert day, you can reach Antwerp Central or Sint-Niklaas via the specially scheduled and free shuttle train.

    • Sat 27/06 and Sun 28/06: S40 & IC Poperinge – Antwerp
    • Mon 29/06: IC De Panne - Antwerp and IC Poperinge - Antwerp

    Free shuttle train after Live is Live from Linkeroever Station

    • To Antwerp Central - Between 23:40 and 01:40 (every 15 / 20 minutes)
    • To Sint-Niklaas - Between 23:50 and 01:50 (every 20 minutes)
  • CAR

    Parking is not permitted near the event site. Visitors arriving by car can make use of several Live is Live car parks. Please keep in mind you will need some additional travel time due to onward transport by shuttle bus, train or (rented) bike from the parking space to the festival site. Would you like to cycle on from your parking spot? Then check the Park & ​​Bike section for all information!

    Right Bank Car Parks
    On the Right Bank of Antwerp, exclusive parking spaces are reserved for Live is Live concertgoers in a number of existing car parks. For those coming from the provinces of Antwerp, Limburg, Flemish Brabant, Walloon Brabant, or the Netherlands, this is the best car park (and this way you do not have to cross the Scheldt).

    Q-Park Steendok / Kooldok – onward transport via free Shuttle Bus

    Interparking Antwerp Astridplein – onward transport via train

    The cost of your parking ticket is €20. Reserve your spot for Q-Park via this link. We will add the Interparking link soon.

    Left Bank Parking
    Reserve your spot in our parking lot on the Left Bank, within walking distance (max 700m) of P&R Melsele. The exact address of the parking lot will be found on your parking ticket, which will be available a few weeks before the concert. Afterwards, the free shuttle bus will take you to the Live is Live site. Are you coming from the provinces of West Flanders, East Flanders, Hainaut, Luxembourg, or Namur? Then choose this parking lot.

    Or secure your parking spot at P&R Linkeroever (please note: capacity is limited, so reserve in advance - starting May 1st) and walk the rest of the way to Live is Live.

    Purchased a VIP parking ticket?
    You will park in our VIP parking lot within walking distance of the event, and you will find information on how to get there on your parking ticket. Please note: a VIP parking ticket can only be purchased in combination with a VIP or The Garden ticket.

  • KISS & RIDE / TAXI / UBER

    Get dropped off and picked up at our Kiss & Ride zone. Navigate to Beatrijslaan, 9050 Antwerp and follow the ‘Kiss & Ride’ signs.
